A group of people who watch the strongest people on Earth Saiyan Warriors and know all the secrets that lie on Planet Earth. The people not known to be good or evil, but are known by a strange logo. They lived there ways throughout the years and trained there hardest. If any of the Saiyan Warriors faced them single handly, they end lossing poorly. These people are no joke to mess with. They need to get the Dragon Balls to use for there plan. They need to power the Dragon Balls by letting the people who represent them battle and give energy to it.
